Competition Rules

To keep things fair, inspiring, and transparent, please follow these:

1. All entries must be original and created by the submitting artist.

2. One submission per round per artist. No group entries.

3. Digital and traditional media are allowed. (See categories above)

4. No AI-generated work permitted.

5. Judges' decisions are final. Votes + scores = final tally.

6. Voting manipulation will lead to disqualification. We use secure tracking and AI-based fraud detection.

7. By submitting your work, you grant Filter Crown a non-exclusive right to display and promote your art (with full credit).

8. Winners and top finalists will be featured publicly and may be contacted for interviews or collaboration.

Competition Format & Evaluation Rounds

The Filter Crown Global Arts & Painting Competition follows a multi-stage evaluation process designed to identify exceptional artistic talent from around the world through a combination of expert judging and audience engagement.

🔹 Round 1: The Signature Stroke (Preliminary Jury Round)

Theme: Open Theme

Participants must submit their original artwork(s) that best represent their creativity, artistic style, and personal expression.

Artists may submit works created using any medium.

Evaluation Criteria

Entries will be evaluated by the jury panel based on:

• Creativity & Originality

• Technical Skill

• Composition

• Concept & Message

• Visual Impact

Selection Process

All entries will undergo jury evaluation.

✅ Only the Top 1,000 artists worldwide will advance to Round 2.

🔹 Round 2: Clash of Art (Public Voting & Jury Evaluation Round)

The Top 1,000 shortlisted artists will enter the second stage of the competition.

How It Works

The shortlisted artworks will be showcased for public viewing and audience voting.

Participants are encouraged to promote their artwork and gather support from friends, family, followers, and art enthusiasts worldwide.

Submission Requirements

Participants must provide:

• High-quality image of the artwork

• Optional 30-second video explaining the artwork, inspiration, or creative process

Evaluation Weightage

• 30% Audience Voting

• 70% Jury Evaluation

This stage is designed to test both artistic excellence and audience engagement.

Selection Process

Based on the combined score of jury evaluation and audience voting:

✅ The Top 500 artists worldwide will advance to the Semi-Final Round.

🔹 Round 3: The Visual Voice (Semi-Final Round)

The Top 500 artists will compete in a unique storytelling and artistic presentation challenge.

Challenge

Participants must submit a short video presentation (Maximum 3 Minutes) where they:

• Present their artwork

• Explain the concept behind the artwork

• Share their creative journey and inspiration

• Describe the message or story they want viewers to understand

This round helps judges evaluate not only artistic skill but also the artist's ability to communicate meaning and connect with audiences.

Alternative Option

Artists who are uncomfortable appearing on camera may:

• Use voice-over narration

• Collaborate with a presenter or voice artist

However, the original artist's name and artwork must be clearly credited.

✅ Only the Top 100 artists worldwide will advance to the Grand Finale.

🔹 Grand Finale: Masters of Creation (Final Round)

The Top 100 artists from around the world will compete for the championship titles and major awards.

At this stage, judges will conduct a comprehensive evaluation considering the participant's performance throughout the competition.
