Auction Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FilterCrown.com's auction platform. By participating in our auctions, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any bids.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • FilterCrown.com reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of participants at any time.

2. Registration

  • To participate in an auction, you must register on our platform and provide accurate and complete information.

  • FilterCrown.com reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

3. Auction Process

  • All auctions are conducted online through our platform.

  • Each auction will have a specified start and end time.

  • Bids must be placed within the designated auction period.

  • The highest bid at the end of the auction period will be considered the winning bid, subject to any reserve price set by FilterCrown.com.

4. Bidding

  • All bids are final and binding.

  • Bidders are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bids.

  • FilterCrown.com reserves the right to cancel or reject any bid at its sole discretion.

5. Reserve Price

  • Some auctions may have a reserve price, which is the minimum price that must be met for the item to be sold.

  • If the reserve price is not met, FilterCrown.com may choose not to sell the item

6. Payment

  • Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction's end.

  • Accepted payment methods will be specified on the auction page.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the sale and suspension from future auctions.

​​7. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

  • A non-refundable registration fee may be required to participate in certain auctions.

  • This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Item Condition and Inspection

  • All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without any warranties or guarantees.

  • Participants are encouraged to inspect items before bidding.

  • FilterCrown.com is not responsible for any discrepancies or issues with the items post-sale.

9. Transfer of Ownership

  • Ownership of the item transfers to the winning bidder upon full payment.

  • FilterCrown.com will provide necessary documentation to facilitate the transfer.

10. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery terms will be specified on the auction page.

  • FilterCrown.com is not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the auction will be resolved at the sole discretion of FilterCrown.com.

  • FilterCrown.com's decision will be final and binding on all parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • FilterCrown.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the auction.

  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold FilterCrown.com harmless from any claims or damages related to the auction.

13. Changes to Terms

  • FilterCrown.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued participation in auctions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
