  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.2 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

  • Any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

1.3 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or seals.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.

  3. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved Refunds: If the return meets our criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Store Credit: In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

  • Deductions: Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and other applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration Fees: Any registration fees for competitions or events are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

Note: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
