Auction Listing Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both artists and buyers, please read the following rules before submitting your artwork:

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be the original creator and own full rights to the artwork

  • Artwork must be original (no reproductions or prints)

  • Digital art is accepted if offered as limited editions (max 5 copies)

Submission Requirements

  • High-resolution images (minimum 2000px)

  • Title, medium, size (in inches or cm), year, and description

  • Artist profile or portfolio link

  • Suggested starting bid price

Prohibited Submissions

  • AI-generated art (unless clearly labeled and approved)

  • Artworks with hate speech, obscenity, or plagiarism

  • Incomplete or blurry submissions

​​Auction Process Overview

  1. Submit Your Artwork using the form below

  2. Our team reviews and approves entries (usually within 3–5 days)

  3. Once approved, your art will be listed in the next live auction

  4. During the auction, buyers can place bids in real-time

  5. Once the auction ends, the highest bidder wins

  6. We handle payment collection, shipping coordination, and certificate issuance

  7. You receive your royalty payout within 5–10 working days post-delivery of the artwork

Commission & Royalty

  • Artists receive 80% of the final bid price

  • Platform commission: 20% (covers marketing, tech, logistics, and support)

  • Taxes: 18% GST (Government taxes)

  • Small upfront cost to participate to filter out serious Artists.

💡 Example: If your artwork sells for ₹10,000, you receive ₹6,200.

Shipping Policy

  • Artists are responsible for safe packaging

  • We coordinate with you and the buyer to arrange courier pickup

  • Shipping cost is usually borne by the buyer (unless specified otherwise)

Documents Issued to Buyer

  • Invoice with transaction details

  • Certificate of Authenticity (signed digitally or manually by the artist)

  • Artist Bio & Story (optional, if provided by the artist)
